Return Policy for Devika Jewels

2. How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please email us at support@devikajewels.com with your order number, reason for return, and a video of the unboxing process. The unboxing video is required for all returns to ensure the product is in its original condition.

3. Return Process: After your return request is approved, you will be instructed to send the product back to us in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Products returned without the original packaging or showing signs of use will not be eligible for return.

4. Store Credit: Instead of a refund, you will receive a coupon code equal to the amount of your purchase. This coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on any future purchase at Devika Jewels.

5. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Unboxing Video Requirement: A video of the unboxing process is mandatory. This video helps us ensure that the product was received in perfect condition and is not damaged due to customer handling or external circumstances.
